This is the best wallet I have ever bought. I have tried many times to get the combination of money and cards right and finally I have found the solution. It’s a Travando Men’s Bogota Slim Wallet.

The biggest issue I have is cards and plenty of them. Most conventional wallets only have around 6 card slots, but that’s far too little for the modern photographer on the move. I was actually carrying two wallets around until recently. The Travando has a whopping 11 card slots that are so carefully positioned, it still stays slim even when its fully loaded. The wallets construction is made of durable leather effect (you don't need dead animals to carry your cards now do you), with tan finish (in my case) which is grippy / tactile to touch.

There’s a coin pocket if you really need to go all ‘analogue’ again with space for a few pound coins and there is also a money clip for a few tenners / receipts.

It is also constructed to block the most commonly used 13.56 MHz band and protect against data theft by RFID and NFC scanners.

After getting myself a Curve card (a ‘metacard’ to reduce the ludicrous amount of personal bank accounts - I strongly suggest looking into it) I can literally carry everything around with me that I will ever need. Ladies - this could make a great Christmas gift.

So there we have it - a durable tactile leather effect wallet that carries up to 11 cards and it’s still slim enough to stop any twinge sciatica on the way to the airport.

There's ten cards and thirty quid in cash in there...
