  • Welcome to this years summers project, I am putting the colour cameras in the cupboard and wandering the moors in the infrared. I can't be arsed with all the spring usuals, I'll leave that to you local beys, so I am going off into the wilds throughout June in search of some more unusual shots..... Emsworthy Barn, Dartmoor.

  • Nothing like a spot of trespassing, but that's the great thing about this place, it isn't trespassing, because no-one thinks that walking into a field is trespassing, except in our tiny little legislative island. It's a field. This is a false colour IR blend, basically its a channel swap for the sky, which gives it a blue look, whereas the ground retains a red brown from the original shot.   • Well I went for a walk to Emsworthy Barn tonight and ended up with two rather pleasing infrared shots to say the least. God, I love IR, it's the most amazing medium and I thoroughly recommend to get a second body converted. I carry it with me all the time and most times I reach for it in the landscape before colour...
