Light and Land are running a bluebells workshop in Micheldever Woods this weekend for a one day riot of colour. We’ll be shooting dawn and throughout the day in this remarkable location, using the light as it changes throughout the day.

Well we’re off again. I have barely landed when I am back off to Norway for the second of three Northern Lights workshops before the end of March. Exciting? Absolutely and here’s why…

Welcome to the all new www.davidclapp.co.uk v3.0. It’s been hard graft, but its finally complete. Click on the video for a brief look around the new site and to explain some background thinking and also to showcase some of the new features. Video blogging and digital tutorials are something that will start to feature a lot more on the website.

I return rather exhausted from a Christmas excursion to SIngapore and Kuala Lumpur, but I hope this image will be a worthy teaser of some fabulous work yet to come. It was a rather cruel 32c and 90% humidity, which left me feeling like I needed a shower every hour, too hot for a 9kg camera bag and tripod in hand. None the less the photography was particularly compelling.
